I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.5.5, Build 14361 - 32 Bit , 2008/10/24 18:06:34.

The original file in Repository base is encoded in Big5 ( ANSI ) format.
 The patched file should be UTF-8 with BOM format. But when apply patch the
file encoding will broken.
