Bug report: Branch from Working Copy Fails

I have a modified working copy that I want to create a new branch
from. One directory in that working copy was previously deleted
outside of TSVN (a .ttf directory I was unable to delete within TSVN).

The branch command fails with a message about the missing directory
and a direction to run cleanup. Running cleanup is successful, but
branching still fails with the same message.
