1.5.5 login bug (save authentication required)?

I just got a new computer and installed TortoiseSVN 1.5.5.
When I was trying to access the various repositories (repo browse) I
needed to connect to I was prompted to login, and when I tried logging
in I did not check the save authentication checkbox. This caused all
login attempts to fail. However as soon as I checked the save
authentication checkbox everything started working as I expected it
to. I cleared all my saved authenticated sessions and tried again a
few more times to be sure that is what was happening and was able to
consistently reproduce the problem.
