Socket error

I'm new to SVN and I'm getting the following error:

Can't read from connection: A request to send or receive data was
disallowed because the socket is not connected and (when sending on a
datagram socket using a sendtocall) no address was supplied.

A few of things to note.
1. I get this when doing Right-Click from Explorer and choosing "SVN
Update," "SVN Commit" or "SVN CheckOut."
2. I can successfully do "SVN CheckOut" from the Repository Browser
(the other actions are not available from Repository Browser) and all
the files are copied locally.
3. I work from home and connect to the SVN server over a Citrix Secure
Access Client (CAG).

So it's weird that things work from the Repository Browser, but not
from Explorer (via Right-Click). Any ideas?
