File not updating

Hi

I see red icon on the file showing that there is a difference between
what is on the local machine and SVN server is different.

I right click on the file do update and see that the red icon is still
there and file is not updated.

However if I delete the file and update on the directory I get the
file properly. Please let me know what could be the problem.
