No popup. Capieng will try to select the certificate itself first (as it
does now), but instead if it can't find it, it won't show a dialog
anymore bug behave the same as if you hit ESC in the dialog.

Sorry, TSVN does not use OpenSSL in a dll but links statically to it for
security reasons.
