I didn't have this directly happen to me. I am doing support for people using
my company's subversion repository and Tortoise. I haven't been able to
reproduce it for myself, but the guys I talked to says that it happens all
the time. They mentioned that there are some locked files in these folders
they want to delete, if that helps clarify things any. I will continue to
attempt to recreate the problem.
