Setup assumes dark window text colour, can make setup text unreadable

The first and last pages of the setup program incorrectly assume that
the text colour is white. This does not work so well when the system
window text is white (on a dark blue background):

The other pages correctly use the system default colour scheme.

If a background with a specific colour is set on these particular
pages, the foreground colour should also be set for the standard text
and the checkbox button label.
