Hyperlinks to repository browser. Can they open files directly

Hi,
I find that i am using Subversion URLs in emails to point people to
files rather than copying files into emails.

svn://myrepository/trunk/myfile.doc

If someone clicks on the link it opens the TortoiseSVN repository
browser at the location svn://myrepository/trunk.
The user can then open the file with a right click.

My question is. Is there anyway that the url above can be used to
directly open the file i.e. bypass the repository browser and just
open the file?

What i would find useful is
a. if the link was to a folder, then the repository browser would
open.
b. if the link is a file, that the file is directly opened.

Thanks
delbert
