BUG in 1.5.4

I just upgraded from version 1.4.5 to 1.5.4

Here is scenario:

I export the latest version from:
svn://server/trunk/project/v1
into:
C:\export

# After exporting in v1.4.5 , I would get the content into C:\export
#After exporting in 1.5.4 , the export would create subfolder C:
\export\v1 , and place content into "v1" folder.

Any idea about this change would be appreciate. From my perspective,
this is bug.
