Icons display problem

Hi All,
I post this problem few weeks ago without real solution.

I have problem with the display of the icons in win xp.
The files icons changed but are cut!
For example the V sign is partial; I can see only his right tail.
I try all view modes, in most of them there is a cut problem (see attached
pic)

I try both proposed solutions:
Change icons registry catch values
Run TortoiseProc.exe /command:rebuildiconcache.

Both did not help!

There is any solution?
