Feature request: prevent tsvn:logtemplate message appearing in the log history dialog

I frequently open up commit dialogs only to discard them without
having edited the log message for various reasons.

This causes the tsvn:logtemplate message to appear in the log history
dialog opened from the "Recent Messages" button, which is totally
unnecessary because it's already populated as the message in the
commit dialog.

Could messages that are the same as the tsvn:logtemplate message not
be saved to the log history when the commit dialog is cancelled?
