Hi Paulo,

Stefan is spot on. Here is the settings dialog he refers to:

TortoiseSVN -> Settings -> External Programs -> Unified Diff Viewer -> Custom

I find something like Araxis or Beyond Compare are good utilities to set up as your default DIFF program. Both allow you to create HTML reports of your DIFF results.

You can configure a text editor of your choosing to show unified diffs in the settings dialog. Once you do that, TortoiseUDiff isn't used anymore but your text editor, where you can save the diff.
