Propfind 200 ok error

I have been using TortoiseSVN for a few years now with no problems.
But for the past month I have been getting this error whenever I try
to checkout a repository:

PROPFIND of '/repos/control_beta': 200 OK (http://svn.mystic-labs.net)

I have been searching and I have found a few discussions about this
but never a solution. SVN is working perfectly from another computer
within the same network going through the same router. I can get the
TCP stream of all communications between my computer and the SVN
server if that will help.
