Since you keep hiding a lot of essential information from us (like the protocol that you are using to access your repository. I now assume that you are using svn+ssh or something similar. In this case you must use TortoisePlink instead of standard Plink, because TortoisePlink doesn't open a dos window when everything is set up correctly.

And: A look in the manual would have saved you these questions :)
