After upgrade to 1.5.4 update fails with "skipped temporary file" error

Hi all,

After upgrading to 1.5.4 from previous 1.4 everytime I try to run an
update command on an existing repository returns the following
message:

Skipped: C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\udo\Lokale Einstellungen\Temp
\svn51.tmp
Finished!
(nothing else)

I know for sure that this repository contains updates.

This happens both with repositories that I had created in 1.4 and in
repositories created by colleagues on a 1.5 Tortoise.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
