Using Tortoise to create repository - Could not open the requested SVN filesystem

Hello,

I'm using the new Tortoise 1.5.4 to create a repository. I'm in a
single developer environment. On my main development PC, which is the
SVN server, I create a repository as normal. I was able to do a
checkout on this PC.

However, when I try to do a checkout on my laptop (which is also using
Tortoise 1.5.4), I get an error and it won't copy. When viewing my
repositories over http, I see the following error when I try to look
in the newly created repository, I see the following message: "Could
not open the requested SVN filesystem"

What am I doing wrong here, and how can I fix it?

Thanks,

Jason
