Tortoise: bug delete links the original file was deleted

Hello,
i found a bug in tortoise:
tortoise context menu in the explorer: tortoise >delete
the selected file "linktofoo" which is to delete is a link to file "foo".
tortoise deletes the file foo instead to delete the link "linktofoo".
Both "linktofoo" and "foo" is under versioncontrol.
I have tested with the actual nightly build.

to delete the link in the reprobrowser it works fine
