Feature request: a way to save a file with the unified diff of a revision

I can't create a patch file from a (set) of old revision(s) from
Tortoise interface. I believe it would be easy, since TortoiseSVN
already have a "Show Changes as unified diff" option. It would nice to
have:

A save option in the File menu of the TortoiseUDiff application.
OR
A option to create a patch of the selected entries in the context
menu of the view log dialog.

I'm trying to disseminate the use a code review application in my
company, the open source Review Board (http://www.review-board.org/).
I need it because the Create Patch from Tortoise and Subversion
doesn't include the added files (http://groups.google.com/group/
Subversion-development/browse_thread/thread/d9253438462102c1 )

kind regards,
Paulo Eduardo Neves
