How to disable merge tracking in Tortoise Blame ?

Hi ya

We are having problems with blame no longer telling the truth after
having performed merges with merge-tracking enabled. (Problems
persists after upgrading to TSVN 1.5.4)

Like one have to check "Include merged revisions" in Show Log, is it
possible to prevent blame from using merge info ?
