Write Update log to file

Hi all

I would like to know if there is a way to get a log of "Updates" a
user has made to his local copy.
What I would like to achieve is to get a file like this.

2008-05-10 Update to revision 2344
2008-06-11 Update to revision 2464
2008-08-29 Update to revision 2764

It would also be great if it was possible to list the files in the
update.
It would be something like writing the contens from the Update window
to a file.
