svn+ssh:// URLS not working in 1.5x but work in 1.4.8 Fixed

Finally figgured this out.

I had a default host in PUTTY that 1.4.8 of TortoiseSVN did not care
about and would let me use a qualified url with my username_at_hostserver
i.e. svn+ssh://user@server.com/source_code/ but after upgrading to
1.5.x it would prompt me for a username 7 times or so and eventually
crash.

Removing the "server.com" from host field of my default session in
putty resolved this.

I believe that TortoiseSVN should not use the default host if one is
already qualified the URL. @..

It should also not crash.

Hope this helps the many users I have found that are posting about
this problem since July with upgrading from 1.4.x.

Sean
