It is. I'm using TSVN with XP in my office.

It is. I'm using Vista as my development machine for TSVN.

It is independent of office versions. Some people in our office use
Office2002 (e.g., me), others have OfficeXP and a few use Office2007,
all without any problems.

You need at least IE5.5 on Win2k, for other Windows versions it doesn't
matter what IE version is installed.
