problems with diff on first revision of file (compare with previous revision anomaly)

Hi,

when the user does a:
- "Show changes as unified diff" or
- "Compare with previous revision"
on a file with revision N he gets a message like
"Unable to find repository location for .... in revision N-1"

Of course there is no such version a the user is doing a diff on the
first version of this file. ;-)

To help the user could you:
- deactivate the two menu items on the context menu if the user is on
the first revision
- it this is no option, give a better error message/warning ?
