I don't see any change in log when selecting this option.
The current state is that i have only one new revision in branch log above the branch creation revision (which is merge from trunk) and i expect to see indication of the revisions from trunk that where involved in this merge. How can i see that?, What this "merged revisions" option should do?

Click on "include merged revisions" on the bottom left in the log dialog.
