reintegrate branch - ... shows local disk not repository

Hi,
Just trying some merging with tortoise and I went to reintegrate a
branch with the merge wizard. The From URL field was blank - so I
hit the ... button thinking it would show me the repository browser
but instead it showed my local machine.

Putting the start of the URL in (svn://myserver/) worked - but I guess
I expected it to pull at least that much out of the working copy?
