BUG report for Show Log

I have a particular file that gives the following error messages when I
do "Show Log"

However, I am not offline and everything else seems to work. If I click
"Don't go offline" twice (this message pops up twice), then I get this
message:

And after I click "OK", the log file comes up with all of the entries
repeated twice, but only back to rev 2625, which is incorrect, since
this file has a history much older than that.
