Running tests before commit

Hi all!

I was wondering if it's possible to have TortoiseSVN to run a command
that runs some tests (unit and integration tests) *automatically* each
time you commit, before, that is. That way, if there is a problem and
the command returned an error the commit wont succeed.

I was thinking on creating a script that calls TortoiseSVN after
calling these tests, but that is not really convenient for me at this
point.

If there is no way to do that, how do you handle that situation? Is
there any automated way to do that?

Thanks is advance for your help!

Ronald.
