I seriously doubt that, as

http://tortoisesvn.net/files/rightdrag-v2v.png

says "files" in the "SVN move" line while it says "file" in the "SVN
copy" line, and both obviously will copy/move the same amount of files...

Also, it's exactly like that in

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/branches/1.5.x/src/TortoiseShell/resource.rc

but I see the "file"/"files" wording has already been changed to
"versioned item" in that resource file on the trunk:

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/trunk/src/TortoiseShell/resource.rc

so this is basically a non-issue...
