lock owner can't release lock

I am the file lock owner .I can relase lock or get lock again.Once I
force to release lock,the file breaks..now I face the again.Every
coworker said I locked the file,but I can't relase lock from TSVN
menu ,even I delete the file and update again.Is that a bug? what can
I do now? thanks for kindly help.
