In my opinion, this is the entire reason why TortoiseSVN exists... so that
one does not have to run the command utility directly. If I'm having to
evoke SVN directly, that means TortoiseSVN is missing a feature. A
Branch/Tag option in the repo browser would solve this problem beautifully.
