Bug: TortoiseMerge corrupt iso8859-1 encoded files

It looks like this is a similar issue to this discussion:
http://groups.google.com/group/tortoisesvn/browse_thread/thread/cc52fc4c02a98710

When TortoiseMerge opens a big iso8859-1 encoded file and the first
accented letter is far from the begining of the file, all the accents
in the files disappear. The output file is corrupted.

If the first accent is in the beginning of the file, no corruption
happens.

I have some 3 files here that reproduce the error. Just open them in
TortoiseMerge that the accents disappear. Ask me privately that I
send them. I can also open an issue with them (you asked to report it
here first).

With other diff tool like Kdiff3 or Sourgear DiffMerge the problem
doesn't happens.

regards,
Paulo Eduardo Neves
