SVN version different in DOS after upgrade

recently upgrade my Tortoise from 1.4.5 to 1.5.1.

upgrade was successful with no error.

Now, when I svn --version in the repository using SSH , I get rev
1.5.1 , but when I svn --version in Window Dos Prompt , the vesion I
get is 1.4.5

The problem now is that , everytime I commit to repository, the
working copy is not commited to repository. The file rev number in
repo is different from my working copy.

Can anyone help me out , please ?
