BUG - folder status is not being propagating recursively

Occur in TortoiseSVN 1.5.3, Build 13783 - 64 Bit on Vista,
works fine for 32 Bit on XP.
What happened:
Folder has got green tick on the icon thus there is modified file in
this folder.
