Added directories cannot be added to a change list

Hi,

I am using 1.5.3 and I have noticed that if I have directories that I
have added to my working copy, the UI will not allow me to add the
directories to a change list (they stay in the "no change list"
portion of the working copy UI). Note that files in the directories do
get added to the change list.

Known issue?
