TSVN 1.5.3 UNC icon problems

From: DavidEason.com <otjscm_at_gmail.com>

When I checkout files to \\servername\c$\somepath, the only objects
that have Tortoise icons are the version-controlled FOLDER -- not the
FILES. However, both the folders and files BEHAVE as they should,
i.e., I can do checkouts, locks, checkins, adds, deletes, etc.

Everything works and looks fine if I checkout files to c:\ (or some
other local path).

One attempted work-around didn't work: mapping a local drive to the
UNC path. For example, I tried to map V:\ to \\servername\c$
\sometpath. The mapping worked fine, the checkout worked fine, but the
TSVN icon problem remains.

I've reproduced this problem on two different Windows XP Pro machines.

I've uninstalled, rebooted, installed, and rebooted -- with both TSVN
1.5.2 and 1.5.3 -- without solving the problem.

Thanks in advance for any advice.
