Oh, no! It's truly weird. I was installed the nightly build from here:
http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/latest/win32/
I do installed and restarted the computer to check this out. Is this url
the right location to download the latest TortoiseSVN?
The file name "¥Ø¿ý»¡©ú.txt" I exported is become "
%E7%9B%AE%E9%8C%84%E8%AA%AA%E6%98%8E.txt".
