Hi Stefan,
I have tried "TortoiseSVN 1.5.99, Build 13847 - 32 Bit -dev, 2008/09/06
19:32:31", but these two problems still exists. Can you check it out?

By the way, the folder name and filename are all contains Non-ASCII
characters.
