Web site download ad misleading

Good day, here is the page I am confronted to while trying to download
TortoiseSVN.

There is a similar ad down below.

You will agree it's highly misleading. I would suggest you control the type
of advertisement you got in your web page, as it can cause spurious clicks
from users that legitimately want your software.
