Bug report: "Merge revision range" doesn't work under Windows 2000

Hi,
I think I found a bug in TortoiseSVN 1.5.3: When I try to merge a revision range from one branch into another, and I click the "Show Log" button in the "Revision range to merge" panel of the Merge dialog, a message box titled "TortoiseSVN" with no message text appears. After clicking <OK> in the empty message box, the SVN revision list (titled "Select revision range") is opened, but with no revisions listed. The From and To dates are both set to 01.01.1970. These values can't be overwritten, only altered between the two values 01.01.1970 and 07.02.2106 using the up/down arrow keys.
When I open the SVN revision list directly from the Windows Explorer context menu, the revisions are displayed correctly.
The problem occurs on a Windows 2000 machine, but not on a Windows XP machine. With TortoiseSVN 1.4.8, the problem didn't occur.
Kind regards,
