Minor Issue: Multiple Directory Deletes Requires Clean Operation

Hi All,

At times, I find \Debug and \Release under SVN control. I will select
both directories, and (from the context menu): Tortoise Delete. The
first will succeed. the second [kind of] fails. The second will still
have the SVN icon associated. So I perform another delete and receive
a message box to perform a clean action.
