Change proxy settings automatically

Hi,
I am working on different locations and some require proxy-
authentication, some not.
Therefore I want to change automacally proxy-settings in TSVN, e.g. by
batch-script in autostart, such as I already do with network-devices,
printers, proxy-settings in ie, firefox etc..
I searched this mailing-list and read the message from Natan, but it
does not help me, because I do not know which registry-key he means.

Can anyone tell me which settings I have to change in which way to set
or unset proxy settings ?
