I already tried to disable all other context menu handlers and just
leave tortoise svn enabled -> also crashes.
to answer your questions:

Rightclick -> new -> shortcut -> \\192.168.2.2\c$ (administrative
share with a network computer)

outside, but even inside, it's a problem

no it isn't.
it only happens if the target of the shortcut does not exist, e.g.
when I pull out the network-cable ...
already tried a complete reinstall with restarts and clearing up the
whole registry with tuneup08, but that also didn't work ... :( can
this depend on the svn version which I use or is this no factor?
