update nothing happened..

I use TSVN update before commit. But my new add folder can’t add. I
use cleanup again and update again. The folder can’t add either but
files.
When commit failed, the message said the path doesn’t exist.
I export the new add folder and files to other place not in versioned.
Delete new add folder and files which is under versioned and update
again then move export folder and files again. Now I can add folder
and files and commit. Is there anyone knows what happened to my update
add commit procedure?Thanks
