Checkout failure tortoise 1.5.2

Hi,

Apologies if this has been posted already, I couldn't find it
anywhere.

I'm getting an error when checking out some source code. When checking
out, I enter the correct credentials and then I get the message:

Error: Can't find a temporary directory

My machine's environment variables are set up to have a temp directory
so I was wondering what the problem could be? Anyone else had this
before?
