Can't access repo using http:// or svn://

Followed the documentation on installing the server and the binaries
and activating the SVN module on Apache to the letter, but either
missed or screwed something up.

Apache works and serves traffic to WAN. SVN works as well using the
file:// protocol (on the same machine of course). But even though I
can access Apache's htdocs using http://, I can't access SVN (using
either http:// or svn://). I read the documentation carefully over and
over again. Either something is missing, or I missed it.

Windows Vista Business
Apache 2.2.9
SVN-1.4.6

(Windows firewall is enabled, but port is forwarded to 80)
