I am having the same problem with TSVN since Version 1.5. The issue
here is not being the repository(file:///) on a samba share but the
working copy including the ".svn" directories. I use a working copy on
a samba share (linux server, within my home dir) too and when i commit
from this samba share through TSVN i have exactly the same problem.
Looks to me like a concurrency/locking issue.
