Commit dialog tab stops

In previous, 1.4.x, versions of TSVN, while the commit dialog is
displayed, I was able to tab to the "Commit to" field, the entire
contents of which would be selected, and copy its contents for use in
the commit message itself. That doesn't seem possible now. Is there
some new way to do this, that doesn't involve clicking on it with the
mouse?
