How is that a half-way measure? It lets you do exactly what you needed to do. The only thing not accomplished by this is your stated wish to be able to turn off menus and keep overlays. Adding a feature to do something that nobody needs is a waste of time. Until someone requests that and has a compelling reason, this is certainly not a halfway measure.

This is half-way measures and doesn't give users flexibility. Of course,
I'll have to take this approach until there is more options. Thanks for
