No context menu with Vista Home Premium 64-bit

I have been successfully using TortoiseSVN on an XP Pro OS for quite
some time. Unfortunately that desktop bit the dust and forced me to
buy a new desktop. This one came pre-installed with Vista Home
Premium 64-bit. I downloaded TSVN 1.5.2 (64 bit) and installed it.
But no SVN context menu can be found. I tried uninstalling,
installing an older version, installing a 32-bit version, etc. But no
luck. Any suggestions?
